Roger Voss for Wine Enthusiast Magazine: 92–94 points: "Barrel Sample. There is a good balance of fruit and dense tannins in this wine. It has medium concentration, with a solid, dry background. In the front, the fruit is rich yet fresh."
James Suckling: 91-92 points: "Big and juicy with chocolate, tar and berry character. Full and velvety."
Decanter Magazine by Steven Spurrier: 16,5 points: "Finely expressed Cabernet fruit with ripe Merlot behind. Fine structure and length; very good in this vintage. Drink 2018-2028."
Jancis Robinson - 16,5 points: "Very deep crimson. Lightly spicy nose with a hint of Bovril meat extract. Appetising and zesty with very much more bumptious fruit than tannins at first, although the tannins are certainly lurking there. Good stuff! Mulberries. Just a little soft. - Drink 2019-2028"
